Freshwater Fish
Our freshwater fish are guaranteed for four (4) days from the date of purchase. Simply return to the store with the dead fish, the sales receipt and a separate cup of your aquarium water to be tested. If there are issues concerning your aquarium water, you will be given a store credit for your replacement fish until it is suitable for that fish to be placed back into the aquarium. The credit for the fish is good for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Fish replacement is one time only. |

This guarantee will vary based on the species of the bird that is purchased. Please see an Animal Jungle Tour Guide in the Bird Department for details or concerns.
