At any given time, we may offer for sale animals as unusual as degus and sugar gliders and as common as hamsters and guinea pigs. We endeavor to stock different types of animals and various varieties of well-known species on a rotating basis. Typically, Animal Jungle has hamsters, gerbils, fancy rats, ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs. Frequently, we will also offer chinchillas, degus and sugar gliders. Each of these animals has specific requirements as to diet and housing - and we stock everything you need to maintain them in a happy environment and a healthy life style. Our sales associates are department specific and they can provide you with all the information necessary to take these animals home and make them your own. We house our hamsters in 36 10-gallon tanks where we can hold up to 200 animals. Some of our hamster strains include the following: golden, teddy bear, Chinese dwarf, Roborovoski, Russian dwarf, yellow bear, grey bear, black bear and panda bear. If rats are your thing, we can tell you that they make fantastic pets that are extremely attentive to their owners. Our fancy rat varieties can include albino, dumbo, hooded, hairless and patchwork. Moving on to a more familiar pet animal, we have many types of rabbits for sale at various times: American standard, lion head, mini Rex, lop-eared, Flemish giant and Jersey Woolly. Our ferrets are Marshall Ferrets; the gold standard of the pet industry. They are sold completely de-scented with their first distemper vaccination and additionally they are spayed or neutered so you don't have to worry about unwanted reproduction.
